We work with a wide variety of businesses in the F&B field both established and start-ups. Our projects have ranged from brand and strategy reviews to managing roll-outs in transit and high street environments. We have many years experience of operating a multi-site food business prior to facilitating a trade sale to Europe's largest food service group enabling us to provide a particularly informed approach in this field. We pride ourselves on delivering great looking schemes coupled with operational excellence.

Salade
appointed W1 to revitalize their retail proposition, brand and store
environments prior to embarking on an accelerated roll-out of the fresh
food concept. Consulting
on menu development, range extensions and operational systems we worked
closely with the management team to increase revenue and reduce serve
times during peak hours. We examined every aspect of
the store from back-of-house operational requirements through the
development of bespoke display counters creating a fresh interior
scheme and refined brand identity which reflects the quality of their
food and drink. Projects: Stratton Street, Old Bailey, Fetter Lane, Paddington Station, Poland Street |

The Legion Conversion of a deserted printed works for the team behind The Social. A heavenly jukebox, dancing on tables rock and roller of a bar. Old Street's favorite boozer on a shoestring budget.
